- Providing the highest standard of client service as the first point of contact for our clients
- Answering incoming client calls without delay
- Collecting and recording client information and requests
- Responding to texts and emails throughout the day
- Coordination of action items with real estate agents
- Administrative services not limited to gathering information, preparing statistical reports, maintaining an accurate and efficient electronic filing system
- Collaborate on ideas and contribute insight; your opinion matters to us
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer service role, answering phones and/or working with the public
- Positive, friendly and helpful demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
- Understands and can deliver an excellent client experience
- Strong computer skills – Google Apps, databases, customer resource management programs a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential matters with a high level of professionalism
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated resiliency and sound judgment in dealing with business and corporate challenges
